SHIPPING POLICY
All items shipped will be assigned tracking. Please allow 5-7 days processing time for shipping notification.
Please take into account delivery time if you are ordering an item for a certain date. We recommend orders for Christmas be submitted by December 5th to ensure arrival in time for the holidays.
Please note we are not responsible for items that are lost in the mail. If an item has been substantially damaged in transit, please send us a photo of the item by emailing us at emmandskootch@gmail.com or messaging us over our Instagram @emm_and_skootch.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Refunds are not given for patterns that are purchased as these are available immediately as a digital download. We will refund a cancelled order so long as it is cancelled before shipping. If you wish to return an item please contact us directly and refund will be issued on case by case basis.
CARE RECOMMENDATIONS
We want you to get the best use out of the pieces you purchase, so here are some tips for washing and care.
Plushies:

Hand wash in cool water or machine wash in cold water with a very low spin cycle

Tumble dry on low or air dry with a fan. (Kapok stuffing is packed very dense and needs a little help to completely dry!)

Do not iron, bleach, or wring.
Beanies:

Hand wash in cool water only

Do not machine dry! Squish out any remaining water (do not wring out) and lay flat to dry. For a faster dry time place in front of a fan.
