Shipping within Canada:

Cost: $15 per order

Shipping time: 3 - 5 business days

Shipping within the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii):

Cost: $8 per order

Shipping time: 5 - 9 business days

International Shipping:

Cost: $15 per order

Shipping time: 7 - 21 business days

All items will be shipped using either Canada Post or USPS. All items will be assigned tracking.

Please allow 3-5 days processing time for shipping notification. This does not include shipping time.

Please take into account delivery time if you are ordering an item for a certain date. If you are unsure of if your item will arrive in time please contact us before submitting your order. We recommend orders for Christmas be submitted by December 5th to ensure arrival in time for the holidays.

Please note, we are not responsible for items that are lost in the mail. If an item has been substantially damaged in transit, please send us a photo of the item by emailing us at emmandskootch@gmail.com.
